Does Panda accept subsidies?
Yes. Once you have a space at one of our centres, you can apply for a subsidy or transfer subsidy from the government. The government will notify us if the family is eligible to receive subsidy and for the length of time. There is an online link and a calculator that will give you an approximate amount you may receive.
Does Panda offer part time care?
Panda provides full-time daycare at our facilities. We also offer drop-in care based on availability.
Does Panda offer facility tours?
Yes, we offer scheduled tours from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., Monday to Friday.

What qualifications do Panda caregivers have?
As required by the child care licensing act, all staff have training in early childhood education. Panda's caregivers are required to meet or exceed very exacting standards.
What is Panda's staff child ratio?
Panda meets or exceeds the staff/child ratio. For more information speak to your Centre Director
How do I pay my child care fees?
The preferred method of payment is direct debit. Payment is due on the first of each month.
Will there be a late fee if I do not pick up my child before the centre closes?
Yes, a late fee of $5.00 (per child) every 15 minutes beyond our closing time.
Does Panda Provide snacks and meals?
Panda's full-time cook prepares nutritious and tasty morning and afternoon snacks, as well as a hot lunch. The food prepared at Panda follows the Canada Food Guide.
Does Panda offer field trips?
Yes, we do offer field trips such as bowling, swimming, the Calgary Zoo and Science Centre, Calaway Park and many other trips to enhance your child's learning experiences. Parents will be notified in advance and are required to give written permission.
